Shiro Yoshida, also known as Sunfire, is a mutant superhero appearing in Marvel Comics publications. His first appearance was in X-Men #64 in January 1970. Sunfire is a Japanese mutant possessing the ability to convert solar radiation into plasma. He can then release this energy as blasts of heat, radiation, and blinding light. He can also use this energy to fly.
